What time is check in?

The check in time for cabins is from 2pm.

The check in time for sites is from 12pm.

If you need an early check-in, please call us. Early check ins are subject to availability and will be confirmed on the day of check in.


What time do I need to check out?

The check out time for both cabins and sites is 10am on the day of departure.

If you would like a late check out, please call us. Late check-outs are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee.


Do you have free WiFi?

Yes. There are free Wi-Fi hotspots. Please ask at reception for the password.


Do you have a shop onsite for everyday items?

Yes. We have an onsite kiosk at the entrance of the park with essential supplies, food, ice-cream, and tourist information. We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard. The kiosk is open 7 days week, Monday – Sunday, 9am-5pm (hours subject to change).


Are there any restaurants and cafés nearby?

Yes, there are several! Kingston has cafes, restaurants and hotels that offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Click below for a list.

How far is it to walk into Kingston town centre?

The walk into the town centre is only ten minutes at a moderate pace.


Do you provide firepits?

Yes we have a communal fire pit and firewood can be purchased from the kiosk.


Are you a pet-friendly park

We are a pet-friendly park and pets are welcome for most of the year except during the peak period which is 14 December to 31 January, Easter holidays and long weekends. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in cabins, and we ask owners to clean up after their pets and keep them on a lead at all times. For more information, our pet policy can be found here.


Can I bring a BBQ/outdoor fire?

We provide undercover barbecues adjacent to the camp kitchen and alfresco dining area which are available free of charge. Exposed charcoal and wood fire barbeques are not allowed.


What does your camp kitchen include?

The camp kitchen provides cooking facilities including sinks, benchtops, microwave oven, stovetop, refrigerator and barbecues.


Is linen provided in the cabins?

Yes. Linen is provided in cabins and automatically replaced for stays over 7 nights. We will send you a text message to tell you when we’re likely to be servicing your cabin. If you would like a linen replacement sooner, please ask at reception.


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations incur a $20 booking fee. Booking cancellations received more than 7 days prior to stay will receive a full refund (less $20 booking fee). However, if cancellations are received less then 7 days prior to stay the booking deposit will not be refunded.


Can we visit your park for the day?

Our guests have exclusive use of the park’s facilities. For the comfort of our guests, day visitors are only allowed if they are visiting a guest staying within the park. We ask that you please check with reception prior to arranging any visitors. Parking for visitors is available on Marine Parade and Promenade Street.
